A.G.E.: Odorless, aged garlic extract with stabilized, bioavailable active ingredients
- A.G.E. contains a specially processed garlic extract that removes undesirable properties and results in higher bioavailability of certain important garlic compounds.
- This aging process removes garlic odor and serves to modifying unstable garlic compounds, producing stable and highly bioavailable water-soluble organosulfur compounds, such as S-allylcysteine and S-allylmercaptocysteine (J Nutr 2001;131:955S-62S).
