Sho-Saiko-To: Traditional Chinese herbal formula for hepatic and immune system support.
  • Sho-Saiko-To is a traditional formula for chronic infections and a wide variety of other clinical applications - widely researched for liver protection and immune function.
  • Sho-Saiko-To is a traditional oriental herbal combination used for liver and immune dysfunction, has been the subject of significant scientific scrutiny (J Gastroenterol Hepatol 2000;15:D84-90).
  • Sho-Saiko-To promotes normal serum liver enzyme levels and increases antibodies associated with hepatoprotection against viruses (Gastroenterol Jpn 1989;24:715-9).
  • Sho-Saiko-To and its constituents have been found to inactivate a wide variety of viruses, including HIV, HSV and measles (Antiviral Res 1990;14:279-86; Planta Med 1992;58:171-3).
  • Sho-Saiko-To has been successfully used to reduce the risk of hepatocellular mutations in long-term trials. (Cancer 1995;76:743-9).
